Why We Charge Professional Travel Planning Fees
• We are a team of professional travel advisors, designers, and destination specialists with extensive expertise.
• We invest significant time and financial resources in first-hand travel experiences, industry conferences, supplier training, and relationship-building.
• Our expertise and global network ensure a seamless, personalized, and exceptional travel experience for our clients.
• We customize each itinerary and collaborate with trusted local partners in our destinations, ensuring authentic, high-quality experiences.
• Due to this investment, we do not waive fees or provide complimentary quotes, pricing, services, or advice without an active client-advisor relationship.
Consultation & Proposal Process
• Complimentary 30-Minute Consultation: We assess your travel style, budget, and expectations through a consultative approach.
• If we mutually agree to proceed, a professional travel planning fee is collected before itinerary research begins.
• Required traveler details include full names, dates of birth, and passport information (if applicable).
• Customized Itineraries: Because we work with local partners to craft unique travel experiences, the minimum turnaround time for an initial proposal is 7 to 10 days.
• Up to 3 initial itinerary options will be provided, with an allowance for 2 additional revisions.
• Once an itinerary is selected, final adjustments and deposits are made.
Fee Structure by Destination
• US/Mexico/Caribbean Land Vacations: $150 minimum for up to 10 travelers; $500 minimum for groups (10+).
• Europe & Central/South America: Starts at $250 for up to 10 travelers; groups (10+) start at $500 with a $150 Plan-to-Go Fee per person.*
• Africa, Australia, Middle East & Asia: Starts at $250 for up to 10 travelers; groups require a $500 minimum plus a $250 Plan-to-Go Fee per person.*
• Destination Weddings, Corporate Incentives, Meetings & Retreats: Starts at $750 (varies by complexity and group size). Plan-to-Go Fees apply to individual reservations.
• Destination Concierge Services: Fees are negotiable.
• Exemptions: Fees do not apply to Cruise-Only vacations or pre-designed “Best Seller” itineraries.
Additional Policies
• All professional travel planning fees are non-refundable and fully earned.
• Plan-to-Go Fees for groups are non-refundable, non-transferable, and applied toward the individual’s final payment. If canceled, the fee is retained as an administrative cost.
• Group travel services include a customized registration/payment link, travel documents, assistance during travel, and post-travel support.
