Step 2: Plan-to-Go Fee
If we decide to move forward, a non-refundable planning fee is required before research begins. This ensures dedicated time, supplier outreach, and curated itinerary design.
Step 3: Custom Itinerary Design

Planning & Fee (Up to 10 Travelers): $150+
Group Fees (10+): $500+
Group Admin P2G Fee is $75PP
Europe, Middle East, Polar Regions (Land) & South America
Planning & Research Fee (Up to 10 Travelers) $250+ Based on Number of Destinations.
