Professional Travel Planning Fees
SB World Travel and SB World Luxe Voyages offers a complimentary 30 minute consultation. During the consultation we explore your expectations, requirements, travel style and budget for your vacation. At the conclusion of the consultation, if we mutually agree to move forward ; a travel planning fee is collected prior to researching and building itinerary options.
Based on the complexity of the itinerary we will provide up to 3 options for review and discussion. We will provide up to 2 additional options. Upon your selection of the itinerary, we will make any requested adjustments and collect the required traveler information and deposits. This information will be used to re-confirm the pricing and availability with the airline, cruise line, resort, hotel , rail or tour operator. Once confirmed we will provide confirmations and additional payment instructions . For groups we will set up a web-link for traveler registration and deposit payments. Prior to travel we will furnish travel documents, vouchers, tickets and travel insurance confirmations.
Professional Travel Planning Fees:
Stand-Alone International Business and First Class Airfares requires a minimum fee of $150 per ticket.
Requires a minimum fee of $75 for up to 8 travelers; $250 minimum for groups with 8+. Cruise Groups Require an Additional $25 Per Guest- Non-Refundable Administration fee.
US/Mexico/Caribbean Land Vacations:
Requires a minimum fee of $150 for up to 10 travelers; $500 minimum for Groups 10+.
Multiple International Destinations:
Requires a minimum of $500 for up to 10 Travelers. Groups of 10+ travelers require a Minimum Fee of $750.
Destination Wedding Travel and Corporate Incentive Groups:
Requires a minimum fee of $750. Destination Concierge Fees are negotiable.
PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL PLANNING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
AND ARE CONSIDERED FULLY EARNED.
